this is funny. i've never heard about this singapore news paper. i feel so outdated with the outside world!!!

in my own opinion, i think that girls who take part in miss world are basically looking for an easy way out in life with their looks! if you can get something out of it, why not? better than working your ass off to get it!

this singapore miss world is not pretty at all. she shouldn't even be in the pageant.

For the past few weeks my Singaporean friends have been talking about this beauty queen giving shit about her. When I was in Singapore, even the local newspaper make fun of her. What is it so funny about her? She may have made the "BOOMZ!" word goes famous among Singaporeans! Most of my SG friends have added this word into their daily conversations! It's funny sometimes.

At the beginning when I first knew about her, it was funny. But after awhile, I tend to feel bad for her as I am pretty sure that she has tried her best. At least she has the courage to sign up for the competition and she did win the Miss Singapore World.

The only people to be blamed is... I think probably the judges. If her overall presentation is not 100%, and if her English is not that good, then how did she perform during the Q&A section? If the judges have decided that she is the winner, then perhaps the whole competition is not about being intelligent? Hmmmm... I thought your supposed to be beautiful and intelligent at the same time to win the pageant? Hmmmm...

It's kinda sad to know that she has become the ultimate joke in the nation. It's kinda mean to do that to a person. Poor Girl!
