PVD @ Zouk.KL |
Tonight, I am gonna be at Zouk to experience the ultimate power of Paul Van Dyk for the 4th time! Hahahaha... I have seen him twice in Perth, 1 time in KL and one more for tonight. I have a feeling that he is going to spin most of the nice music and I am pretty sure I am going to enjoy myself a lot! The aim of his latest tour is to promote his new single -- Home and also to spin his greatest hits during his DJ journey!
OH MY GOD!!!! Who would miss out those greatest hits rite? So, it's gonna be super nice songs from the beginning till the end!!! I just can't wait. Besides that, some of my Singaporean friends are traveling down to KL for PVD. Even though PVD is going to spin at Zouk.SG this Sunday, but my friends said it's more fun and more comfortable to get wasted in Malaysia! What kind of excuse is that?
Anyway, besides meeting all of them, I am gonna meet up some of my raving kakis later tonight. Most of them are my friends in Perth but they have already came back to Malaysia for good! Hope that everything will go on smoothly tonight and I hope that I do have fun tonight! I have found my glowsticks! *wink* *wink* I hope that there will be people using glowsticks there... or else I will look like a complete idiot there! Hahahaha... But I remember last time I used to see people playing with glowsticks in the club here. Especially when there are special DJs here.
Aaargghh.. fuck it! I will just go enjoy myself bah! Tonight might be my last night of clubbing in KL for this trip to Malaysia. After that, I have to prepare for my IELTS test and after that I am going to Singapore again!!! Woo hoo!!!! I am so looking forward to go to Singapore again, can't wait to see my dear! =)

Friendship |
Last night I went out for gathering with my secondary school friends, there are quite a few of them who didn't show up but those important one whom I really wanna meet did show up! =) As usual, we kept talking about what happened during high school, who hated who, who liked who, who grouped with who, etc.
Besides that, we were busy catching up with each other's life and as usual... I am the only one who hasn't work yet! Damn it! Most of them only talked about their working lives coz not all of them are married. Those who are married didn't manage to show up because they have to take care of their kids at home! Hahahaha...
When we were talking about other people's lives, suddenly I asked...
Me: Hey, where is AV? Haven't seen her for a long time! HM: Ermmm.... you don't know meh? She passed away two years ago. Me: Oh shit! I am so sorry to hear that. Really gave me a shock!
This friend of mine, we are not really that close but do hang out once in awhile last time. She passed away 2 years ago because of drink and dive. At that time she even bought supper back for her family after clubbing. Half way back to her house, she hit another car because she was too drunk and passed away on the spot.
My friends were very sad when they attended her funeral and they said that the whole image stayed in their head forever. One of them even dreamed about her a few times! Ever since then, all of them are scared to drive when they were drunk coz it is really not funny! They are more concerned for people who drink at the club and will never let the person go back alone if he/she is drunk.
Last time they used to be really busy with their own lives and would only meet up during Chinese New Year, I mean come on, all of us stay in Klang, how hard is it to meet up? Once a year is a bit too little. They soon realized that they have taken things for granted, especially when it comes to friendship. Just because all of us are so close to each other, we tend to think that...
"It's ok lah... so many years of friendship, they will understand if I don't show up."
Well... it is not ok sometimes. Therefore, all of them decided to meet up as many time as possible no matter how busy they are. Even if they are busy due to working O.T at the office, they will at least meet up with each other after 2 or 3 months. Moreover, they make sure that they will help each other to celebrate birthday together every year.
I am glad that all of us have changed from time to time... at least to a better person. The more things that we have experienced, the more changes. And we are really happy with our lives now and try not to complain that much because there are people who passed away at a very young age and their lives just ended there. We should treasure every single moment of our lives!

Future Music Festival 2010 |

Future Music Festival was a clear winner for ITMers in this year’s Sony inthemix50, chosen as our favourite event across several cities and in 2010 it will of course be back. ITM can now reveal the absolutely massive list of artists who will be playing on the tour! It’s a healthy mix of old favorites as well as plenty of new surprises, with a roster of DJs and live acts that will see the Future Music Festival staying true to its roots, while also pushing things in an exciting new direction. At the top of the list are live titans The Prodigy, returning after blowing away tens of thousands of punters on the Big Day Out tour earlier this year. Accompanying them will be a number of acts that are part of Future strategy to push their festival in more a of ‘live’ direction – with Scottish cross-over rockers Franz Ferdinand playing alongside Empire Of The Sun, Booka Shade and Does It Offend You, Yeah?. It’s a selection of bands that will no doubt see the festival drawing a much wider audience next year. But that’s not to say that lovers of pure dance culture have been neglected, as the roster of DJs on this year’s lineup is simply huge. Bedrock maestro John Digweed is returning to FMF along with the iconic Sven Vath, while trance titans Above & Beyond will be making their debut on the tour. House fans will be represented by David Guetta and Erik Morillo, and there’s still plenty more acts to be announced. Simply massive. -- taken from inthemix.com.au
Future Music Festival 2010 lineup: The Prodigy Empire Of The Sun Franz Ferdinand Booka Shade John Digweed Sven Vath David Guetta Erick Morillo Above & Beyond Dubfire Boys Noize Does It Offend You, Yeah? And many more to be added! Hmmm... will I be able to make it? Will I be going? Looking at the lineup, it's indeed a fucking good linup by having Above & Beyond, John Digweed, Sven Vath, The Prodigy, Empire of the Sun and Franz Ferdinand!!! Arrgghh... why do all the raves are on February??!!! I might be CNY-ing in Malaysia and will not be able to make it! The feeling of unable to go to Tiesto is already killing me... to be able to go to FMF 2010 will be able to compensate for not able to go to Tiesto.
Am I making you confused? ^^
