Cheese Baked Rice Recipe~~~~! Kendra, I hope that you will find this recipe easy to follow. Since you have asked for the recipe, I hope that one day I will have the chance to try your cheese baked rice! Hehehe... it's actually a very very simple dish to cook, but don't compare with the cheese baked rice with Kim Gary lah. But I am sure our home made cheese baked rice is good enough for ourselves!

Here Goes The Recipe

  1. Prepare a bowl of mixed peas, carrots, and corns.
  2. Fried the eggs, and chop them into small pieces.
  3. Prepare some chicken meat. In my case, I had my roasted chicken that I bought from Coles. You can even put minced beef or mince pork if you like. It really depends on what you want to eat.
  4. Then I bought a packet of Coon's Light and Tasty Shredded cheese. Yum!!

  1. After that, cook everything like how you cook fried rice. I am sure you guys know how to cook fried rice right? Oh please tell me you do!!
  2. This is the end result of a bowl of fried rice. The reason why we want to fry the rice is because it will taste nicer with cheese.
  3. Then, sprinkle the cheese on top of the fried rice until they cover the fried rice.
  4. Put the fried rice with cheese on top into the microwave and then heat for 2 minutes. If you put more cheese on top, then you need to heat it longer until the cheese melt.

While waiting for the cheese to melt. Lexx is waiting for it too. Aw~~~ Lexx melts my heart too. My cutey Pie.

Walla!! Cheese Baked Rice is here. Hope that you guys will enjoy this sinful meal! Hehehe… Feel free to ask me any questions!
